Going into this meet, I wanted to set PRs for both the squat and the bench press. As you can see from the above videos, I was able to set both which was awesome given the fact the meet took ~10 hours! If the meet was a bit shorter, I know that I could have gone for a PR attempt on the deadlift. However, being my third competition I am very pleased with my performance. I’d keep writing and tell you all more about this competition but I’ve already begun training for my next one.
